Today in Class One, we had a Show and Tell circle time!
The children each brought a special item from home and took it in turns to share why it was important to them. They spoke confidently to their friends and listened carefully as others spoke, asking brilliant questions and giving thoughtful answers.
This session really helped us develop our speaking and listening skills, building confidence, vocabulary and turn-taking - all important parts of our oracy development and the EYFS Communication and Language goals.
We are so proud of how clearly and kindly everyone shared their special treasures!
